Our cocktail collection, Liquid Gold & Libations, was created for guests who appreciate flavor, presentation, and a little curiosity in their glass.
The menu moves from bright and playful to complex and spirit-forward. The Lychee Martini combines premium vodka with lychee liqueur and syrup for a smooth, aromatic finish. The Spicy Strawberry Mescalita brings together tequila, mezcal, fresh strawberries, lime, and Tajín for a balance of sweetness, smoke, and heat.
Then there are cocktails such as Pier 100, a coastal-inspired combination of gin, elderflower, cucumber, and subtle salinity, and Road to Jericho, a deeper blend of spiced rum, pomegranate, honey, and Middle Eastern bitters.
